RETURNS POLICY
We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and will do our best to ensure your experience with us is a positive one. We understand that there will be times when things don’t go quite so smoothly or you have a change of mind. With that in mind, please see below for our returns policy.
RETURNS
- Our returns policy is strictly 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or a change of mind after this period.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
- Items exempt from returns include gift cards and perishable goods such as coffee, tea and beverage powders. We hope you enjoy our coffee but if by chance it’s not as you’d expected please let us know. As our coffee is roasted fresh and has a limited shelf life we are unable to offer refunds or a change of mind if the flavour isn’t to your taste. Of course, if there is a defect or QC issue we’ll be sure to resolve this.
- A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Once your return is received and checked, we will send a confirmation email to advise we have received your item/s and notify you whether a refund is possible. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Original shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
- Sale items are exempt from refunds.
- We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
EXCHANGES
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery. If you would like to exchange an item or notify us of any damages during delivery, please send us an email at orders@toasted.co.nz. Our return address is:

We recommend using track and trace if your item is valued over $75 as we cannot accept liability for any goods not received. Shipping costs are at your own expense and non-refundable.
