About the blend:
We’ve been roasting Toasted since 2001 and it is the blend which most reflects our evolution as a coffee roaster.
Back when Toasted was founded, us Kiwis were fending off the traditional Italian coffee brigade and developing our own identity as a nation of coffee obsessives. Birth of the flat white and all that. We might have even invented it some say.
Point being, this blend has always been our mirror of the times and back then it was the transition from tradition but today it sits as our progressive blend, delivering a fresh flavour profile with each season and giving our customers who want variation in their blend a coffee they can remain enamored with as a flavour chameleon.
