I have been in hospitality for over thirty years as I am so passionate about working with food. I have learnt a lot over this time as I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to work in the US, Australia & NZ. Thankfully I’m a morning person as each morning, long before the sun rises, I’m in the Toasted kitchen preparing our freshly baked muffins, scones and filled rolls. I’m looking forward to introducing some diversity to our range and seasonal changes to the menu.
